This is an education and research centre established early in 1956 we have a motto of selfless service. Around 200 students is been accepted by the college as intake for MBBS and it differs for post-graduation course. GMCH is a govt. college where direct admissions or management quota is not at all allowed. The total fee structure includes tuition fee and other fees so then, Government Medical College Aurangabad MBBS fee structure for full course is close to 5 lakhs, when this fee is paid in instalment then per annum fee will be approx. INR 99k each year has to be paid for 5 years.

It is mandatory for candidates to appear for NEET to be eligible for MBBS. Based on the NEET score, MBBS admission at GMS is offered. Also, this is a govt. College where direct admission or management quota admissions are not accepted.

Candidates applying for the B.Sc. nursing course must have passed the 10+2 board examination with 50% marks. Admission for B.Sc. nursing at GMCH depends on class 12th merit and NEET entrance exam scores.
