To gain admission at GRIET, candidates can apply online for both UG and PG Engineering Courses. The selection process is primarily based on the marks obtained in the respective entrance exams, ensuring a fair and merit-driven admission procedure.
GRIET B Tech Admission
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+2 pass with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
- Minimum 50% marks in the 10+2/HSC examination.
Admission Process:
- Entrance Exam: EAMCET is conducted by the Telangana State Government.
- 70% of seats are allocated based on EAMCET merit.
- 30% reserved for Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering & Technology Management Quota/NRI candidates.
- 10% of seats are available for diploma holders through ECET under the lateral entry scheme.
M Tech Admission
The minimum eligibility is a B Tech/B.E. degree with a minimum of 55% marks. For Sponsored Applicants, a least two years of full-time work experience. GATE for non-sponsored candidates. PGECET Rank is considered when GATE candidates are not available. Sponsored candidates are admitted based on merit. AICTE Scholarships are available for eligible GATE-qualified candidates.
