Don Bosco Institute of Technology offers four four-year BTech programs for various courses. Admission to the institute requires students to qualify MHT CET entrance exam. The intake seat for the academic year 2025 is divided into government quota and management seats. The admission process includes filling out the application form and participating in the counselling process based on performance in the entrance exam and merit.

The fee structure for the general category structure for the 4-year BTech program is Rs. 5,93,000. It includes a tuition fee of Rs. 1,28,091, Development fees of Rs. 16,909 and University fees of Rs. 596. Students have to pay Rs. 2,418 examination fees annually.
