Don Bosco Institute of Management Course  Admission

DBIM welcomes students from various backgrounds, experiences, and education levels, making the learning atmosphere lively and diverse. To apply, you should have or will soon complete a Bachelor's Degree before the MBA session starts in July. While they prefer a minimum of 50% marks in any subject, they  focus more on how you perform in the "Personal Interview."

Even if you haven't finished your Bachelor's degree yet, you can still apply, but you must complete all the requirements within 3 months of the MBA course beginning at DBIM. You'll get Provisional Admission until you show proof of completing your Bachelor's degree.

Moreover, we give preference to applicants with some full-time work experience after graduation for the MBA program. If you've worked for a certain period, it's a plus.

DBIM MBA Selection Criteria

DBIM can admit 60 students each year for the MBA program starting in July. They only have one admission session each year. For Don Bosco College MBA admission , there are three steps:

  • Written Test: You need to take a test called the Don Bosco University-Post Graduate Entrance Test (DBU-PGET). But, if you already have scores from national-level tests like CAT/MAT/AICTE-CMAT, you don't need to take this written test.
  • Group Discussion: After the written test, there is a group discussion where you talk with others about a topic.
  • Personal Interview: The final step is a personal interview. It is like a one-on-one talk to understand you better.
  • Exemptions: If you already have scores from tests like GMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/AICTE-CMAT/JMAT, you might not need to take the written test. You will go through the group discussion and personal interview directly after verifying your scores with DBIM.
