Dolphin (PG) College of Science & Agriculture formerly known as Dolphin (PG) College of Life Sciences) which started functioning in the year 2006. The institute is sponsored under Yuva Education Society, New Delhi. It is a premier educational institute which is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala and it is recognized by the Government of Punjab. In the year 2016, it was awarded as “Best Agricultural College” in Punjab and also it has recognized as the first college to introduce B.Sc. in Agri-business management program in the North India region and also recognized as first college in Punjab to introduce the discipline M.Sc. in Zoology and Biotechnology. Dolphin institute also received life time achievement reward for promoting the education through National Environment Academy.
- At present, college provides 12 UG & PG Courses in the domain of Agriculture & Life Sciences, Computer Applications, Management etc.
- The Courses which are offered at Dolphin PG College are BBA, B.Sc. in three streams namely Forensic Science, Agriculture and Forestry with the total intake of 80 students, it offers BCA with the annual intake of 50, BTTM Course with the intake of 40, for B.Sc. in Agriculture the annual intake is around 40 students
- College offers Post Graduate Course M.Sc. in six disciplines namely Botany, Chemistry, Micro-biology, Zoology, Agronomy and Physics. The annual intake of the M.Sc. is 30 students.
- In order to get admission at Dolphin PG College, candidates can apply the application form via online mode or direct mode. Selection of the candidates for admission will be based on the academic performance of candidates and by considering the aggregate score obtained in last qualified exam on merit basis.
- Dolphin College has dedicated placement cell which conducts job-oriented training and certain industry relevant activities in order to provide industry exposure for the aspirants. More than 35 companies visited the campus for the placement drive to recruit students.
- Dolphin College scholarships are facilitated for the deserving students and for the financially weaker sections. Some of the scholarships are Early Seat Reservation Scholarship, Economically Weaker Section Scholarship, Rural Area Resident Scholarship, Merit Scholarship, Protsahan Scholarship.

I am the student of and Dolphin (PG) College Of Science & Agriculture now am studying final year BCA and to say about admission fee it is very much feasible compare to any other college and I paid approximate 66k and it is same for remaining two years and total fee costs around 1.9 Lakhs and the course curriculum mainly emphasis on practical learning and it is adequate for learning. To say about our teaching staffs they are so helpful and supportive in all the aspects and they provide us appropriate guidance and the infrastructure and facilities are quite good and also college provides good hostel accommodation.
