The university has nearly 9 hostels for boys, namely Type II B-5 Boys Hostel, Ramanujam, Aryabhatt, Homi Jehangir Bhabha, Sir Vishveshwarya, Varahmihir, Sir J. C. Bose, Sir C. V. Raman, and Bhaskaracharya, and nearly 6 hostels for girls named as Kalpana Chawla, Sister Nivedita, Type III Block 1, Type III Block 2, Type II Block 1 and Type II Block 2, 3, 4.

Delhi Technological University is formerly known as the Delhi College of Engineering. DTU is one of the prestigious universities in India. In NIRF Rankings, DTU has secured 2nd rank among Best Technical Universities in India. DTU is a State University Located in New Delhi. It offers UGC-recognized degrees. NAAC accredits DTU with an 'A' Grade. This University is one of the most preferred choices for engineering aspirants. DTU provides comprehensive programs at UG, PG, and Doctoral levels. Admissions at DTU will be offered based on the entrance exam score and academic merit. DTU holds a 100% placement record. The outlook survey has secured 1st rank in a placement category. The Highest Package is 40 LPA.
- DTU offers a full-time B Tech course at the Undergraduate Level in 15 specializations. The course duration is four years, divided into eight semesters. The basic requirement for admission to B Tech is 10+2 with 60% aggregate marks.
- B Tech admission at DTU is offered based on JEE Main Entrance Exam valid score. For securing admissions, candidates with a good JEE Main score have to apply for Joint Admission Counselling.
- B Tech admission seats will be allocated through JAC. Candidates have to participate in filling choices. The registration process for JAC will be held in online mode.
- Candidates must secure a good score in JEE Main, equivalent to the DTU's Cut-off Eligibility.
- DTU also offers admission to the B Tech Lateral Program. Candidates have to sit for the common entrance exam to seek admission. DTU itself will conduct CEE.
- Besides the B Tech program, DTU also offers BA, B.Des, and BBA at the UG level. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 level can apply for these programs. The minimum qualifying mark is 50%. The selection of the candidates is purely based on academic merit.
- B.Des admission at DTU will be offered based on UCEED's valid score. Applicants who passed in 12th level in any stream can apply. There is no specific qualifying mark.
- DTU offers MBA, M Tech, M.Sc., and M.Des at the Postgraduate level. Students who have done their UG degree in any discipline can apply for PG courses at DTU.
- A two-year MBA at DTU is available in nine disciplines. Any graduate with a 60% minimum qualifying mark can apply for MBA. The annual intake for MBA is 120 seats.
- For admission to the MBA at DTU, candidates must clear CAT with a valid score equal to the cut-off norms. Selection of the candidates will be made by considering overall performance in the entrance exam and GD / PI rounds.
- DTU offers a full-time M Tech Program in 20 core specializations. The duration of the course is two-year. To apply for M Tech, candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in B Tech/M.Sc. Admission to M Tech at DTU will be offered based on the GATE score.
- M.Sc. course at DTU is available in three disciplines. Candidates who have done their UG Degree in B.Sc. relevant discipline can apply. The minimum passing mark is 60%. Admission to the M.Sc. course at DTU will be provided based on merit in the qualifying exam.
- DTU offers an Executive MBA in weekend mode only. The duration of the EMBA is two years. EMBA admission at DTU will be offered based on the applicant's qualifying degree and work experience. Candidates with a 60% in UG degree can apply for EMBA. Shortlisted candidates have to take part in GD/PI rounds.
- The application forms for DTU can be filled out online. In the first step, applicants must register by visiting the university's main website. Have to choose the course and fill out the application form.
- In the next step, upload the documents. Make the payment of application fees. Candidates have to enter the scores of competitive exams JEE Main/GATE/UCEED/CAT in which they have cleared.
