- When applying for admission to the First year (Arts /Science /Commerce) and FYBA/ B.Sc./B.Com/BMS/ B.Sc.(IT) Students should pay the required fees to the Accounts Section or Special Counters created for the purpose.

- Guardians should ensure they have a stamped receipt as soon as they make any payments.

D G Ruparel College Course admission is granted based on academic merit. To become eligible, students must ensure the admission criteria. Intermediate passed students with minimum marks secured is 50% and above aggregate students are eligible to apply for D G Ruparel College UG courses,
Similarly, graduated students from relevant streams secured not less than 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for a master's degree. There is no entrance exam. Instead, a D G Ruparel College merit list will be displayed based on the candidate's score in the qualifying examination.

DG Ruparel Colle has good infrastructure and facilities.
The College has a tie-up with external agencies to enable students to avail of their facilities in sports like cricket, swimming, lawn tennis, shooting, and badminton. In addition, the College provides a shooting range for air rifles for indoor rifle shooting.
The Canteen is well-equipped with appropriate indoor seating arrangements and a section outside that is used as needed. In addition, for the convenience of the faculty, a canteen extension counter has been set up in the faculty standard room.
There is a hostel with room for 70 male students on the college campus. In the hostel building, there is always security. To keep the hostel clean overall, essential cleaning services are offered. The Hostel is located on campus, with round-the-clock security. The necessary facilities like housekeeping and laundry services are also available.
