S P Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) is one of the top management schools in India that offers a highly sought-after PGDM/MBA program. SPJIMR MBA Admission is based on the CAT GMAT, XAT and GRE, followed by cutoff criteria. SPJIMR shortlists candidates based on their performance in these tests.

Those candidates who meet the cutoff qualify and are called for the next round, which includes two interviews: one concerning their academic and professional background and another that tests their personal qualities, leadership potential, and values.
