B Tech admission at Anna University affiliated colleges will be done through TNEA Counselling. The TNEA cutoff plays a vital role in determining a student's entry into various engineering courses offered by Anna University and its affiliated colleges.
The B Tech admission process begins with the student's registration process through TNEA. Admission is then based on the scores of Class 12 and a merit list in rounds. To be noted TNEA Rank list will be prepared based on the 12th Marks. That means Each registered applicant will be assigned with TNEA Rank as per their 12th Mark. Students who have been entitled to the merit list must undergo counselling.
