Fees Structure of University of Lucknow 2025

The University of Lucknow was bought into existence in the academic year of 1867.  The institution was established to develop human resources for the furtherance of knowledge through teaching, research, and innovation and ranked amongst the world's top educational institutions for the better service to humanity in general and nation in particular. The University is the state university approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is affiliated with AICTE.

• The University of Lucknow provides various undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses in the field of Arts, Education, Commerce, Science, Computer Application, Management, and Engineering.
• Admission into all the UG & PG courses is offered based on the university's entrance exam, followed by the counseling process. The fee structure of all the courses is quite feasible.
• B. Tech admission is based on the candidate’s marks in the UPSEE exam, followed by counseling.
• For admission into MBA, the program candidate must appear into Lucknow University Management Entrance test (LUMET) or CAT exam followed by the university's counseling.
• Selection for admission into other UG & PG programs like BBA, BCA, B. Com, B. Sc, LLB, M. Sc, M. Com, MA, LLM, etc., is done based on the entrance exam conducted by the university followed by personal interview.
• Admission into Ph. D programs are done based on entrance tests conducted by the university. The selection process depends on the candidate’s score on the entrance test, academic records, and personal interview.

The University of Lucknow provides hostel accommodation for both boys and girls with an affordable fee structure. The hostels of the institution are well established with all possible required facilities. The hostel fee is around INR 25,000 per annum.

Course Fee:

The fee does not differ much for various specializations, but it differs for BE and MBA courses. And costs can be paid semester-wise. The entire fee structure is given below.

Hostels:

The hostel makes you feel at home because you can celebrate all festivals and birthdays in the campus premier. All students are allotted based on twin-sharing to each room provided a cot, cupboard, study table, and a chair for each individual. The mess offers food for all the students in time with a variety of food that is very nutritious and hygienic. There are deadlines for students for their safety and security purposes. They also provide facilities like a washing area, water heaters, and water coolers.

Placements:

• A placement cell governs all the placements taking place in the college. It helps students attend interviews and get placed in their dream companies.
• Their main aim is to give exposure to the students to get ideas and choose the company after their graduation. Few top recruiters frequently visit the campus and recruit students in large numbers.
