SRM University is Deemed University came into existence in 1985. NAAC accredits the university with grades 'A' and UGC recognized. With over 52,000 full-time students and more than 3200 faculty across all campuses, the SRM Institute of Science and Technology is one of India's top-rated universities. With more than 224 government-funded programs, the SRMIST research department conducts cutting-edge research in frontier areas. Specialized engineering programs such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, IoT, etc., are also provided at the UG level. UGC and applicable Regulatory Councils such as AICTE etc. approve all programs offered. In developing and disseminating information and providing students with a unique learning experience in science, technology, medicine, management, and other fields of scholarship that will better benefit the world and enhance humanity.

  • SRM University is the location that comes to recruiters' minds once the placement season begins with expanding the company's position worldwide. SRM University Placement Cell attracts more than 450+ employers from different industry sectors, offering a wide variety of opportunities.
  • SRM University application fee will have to be paid separately, which is not included in the course fee structure. Applicants applying through online mode application fee will be INR 1100, and for those applying through offline mode, it will be INR 1160.
  • The fee structure of SRM University shall include registration fees and tuition fees, and the fees are feasible to all types of candidates.

SRM University Scholarships

SRM University Scholarships are awarded to students based on both merit and need. The names of the scholarships are given below:

  • Merit Scholarship: 50 per cent fee waiver for students with CBSE or State Board exams over 95 per cent.
  • Founder's Scholarship: Complete fee waiver to top state, tuition, SRMEEE & AIEEE rankers, JEE, sportsmen and hostels & mess, socio-economic disdained on books, plus a stipend of INR 1000 per month.
  • Merit-cum-means Scholarship: Students who are economically challenged on their qualifying test results are provided with a 25 per cent to 100 per cent tuition fee waiver.
  • Scholarships for special merits: Some students with outstanding literary debate skills, fine arts, and others are given scholarships with tuition fees waivered up to 100%.

SRM University Hostel Fee

There are separate hostels for men and women on the campus, with all the facilities required for research and leisure. With furniture and study tables, the rooms are neatly spaced. Hostels have modern kitchens serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and are well fitted. SRM University fee of hostel ranges from INR 29.05k – 1.54 lakh. Depending on AC/Non AC rooms, with or without washrooms, and based on six sharing or eight sharing rooms, each candidate's fee differs. There are seven blocks allocated for female students with a capacity ranging from 250 to 700 in each block. The total size of the Women's Hostel is 4000 or so. For men of skill ranging from 200 to 1000 students in each block, there are 14 blocks allocated. The total hostel room for men is around 7500.

The fees structure of an MBA in SRRM University is INR 3.5 lakhs per year. The total fees structure is approximate 7 Lakhs for both years.

SRM University fees for B Tech cost nearly INR 2.11 Lakhs for the first year and INR 1.91 lakhs for the second year. Thus, the total fees cost approximately INR 7.84 Lakhs.
