In 1962, Sardar Patel College of Engineering was established and was the fifth oldest premier engineering institute. By NIRF in 2019, the college has been ranked 114 and is one of Maharashtra's best engineering institutes. This is a government-aided college approved by UGC and AICTE, and there are accreditations by NAAC and NBA. The courses offered by the institute are affiliated with the University of Mumbai. TEQIP has recognized SPEC. The college's primary objective is to monitor continuous, more profound education and evaluation. Besides the studies, curricular activities, sports, and other world-class technical infrastructure, learning surroundings, etc. This is a leading institute with a legacy of more than 55 years.

  • The B.Tech program is segregated into eight semesters, and the Sardar Patel College of Engineering fee structure of B.Tech for the complete course will be INR 6.8 lakhs; thus yearly basis fee shall be approx. INR 1.7 lakhs each year.
  • Sardar Patel College of Engineering fee structure of M.Tech is pricing approx. INR 3.36 lakhs in total, comprising tuition fees and other fees.
  • A separate B. Tech and M.Tech application fees in SPEC will be put up, not included in the course fee, which is INR 800 for applicants to apply. Professional, academic, and Personal goal setting sessions or programs are held for candidates to set their future goals.
  • For candidates seeking management seats or direct admission, the fee structure at SPEC will differ according to the stream or quota chosen. The total fee can be settled on an academic year basis or semester-wise.
  • Sardar Patel College of Engineering scholarships can be availed by the candidates, such as Tata Trust Scholarship for students securing above 80% aggregate in the previous academic years. For differently-abled students, the Pragati scholarship, which falls under AICTE saksham program, is being offered. State minority scholarships are also awarded to minority category students. For those PG students, there is the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship given.

For candidates choosing hostel accommodation facilitated by the institute, the hostel fee in Sardar Patel College of Engineering has been tabulated below. The fee shall differ for each year of the B.Tech and M.Tech program. This is just the accommodation rent put up while the mess charges and other small charges will be put up separately. The hostel fees need to be paid either yearly basis or on a semester basis.

I have selected BE in Electrical Engineering and at present am in final year. Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai fee structure for BE course costs approximate 85,000 per annum and the total fee costs around 3 Lakhs hence I can say fee is moderate comparatively to other colleges and the SPCE, Mumbai hostel fee charges around 24,000 per year

Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai B.Tech fee is Rs. 85,082 for year and the total 4 years B.tech fee will come up to INR 2.40 lac approx.

The Admission and the Eligibility Criteria for the Course in Sardar Patel College of Engineering is:

The Eligibility Process:

  • The aspirants who have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized board with 50% marks can also apply
  • And for the backward class categories and PwD of Maharashtra state it is 45% marks

The Admission procedure is:

  • And the Admission is through counseling conducted by DTE b based on marks obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) or rank obtained in JEE-Mains.

Sardar Patel College of Engineering provides excellent scholarship facility

  • Scholarship is provided on basis of the marks in semester.
  • And the scholarship is also provided on the basis of the cast.

The fees structure in Sardar Patel College of Engineering is:

  • For B.TECH program, the duration of the course is 4 years
  • B.TECH Total fees costs Rs 280060.
