Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College (JBAS College, Chennai) is a public autonomous educational institute founded in 1955. JBAS was formerly known as SIET Women's College, set up by Southern India Education Trust. The institute maintains high standards of superiority/excellence in academics and amenities. UGC is recognized as "Institute with potential Excellence and accredited by NAAC with an 'A' Grade. The major vision of the JBAS is to train & equip women candidates who belong to f economically & socially backward communities with a high-quality education at a reasonable fee structure. JBAS College offers U.G., P.G. and research programs in major disciplines, namely Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Application and Design.

  • JBAS College offers Under Graduate Courses in B.Sc., BA, and B. Com for three years. It offers Post Graduate courses in M.Sc., MCA, MA, M. Com and P.G. Diploma, and doctorate course M.Phil.& Ph.D.in various specializations.
  • Apart from regular courses, JBAS offers career-oriented courses under UGC Scheme to increase employability knowledge among women students. Some of the career-oriented courses are Herbal & Medicinal Plants, Sports Nutrition Consultancy, Bio-Informatics, Electronics' Creativity, and many more.
  • Justice Basheer College admission for U.G. & P.G. Courses offered based on academic merit in the previous qualifying examination. JBASC B.Com fees are INR 39,300 per annum. 

What is the given fees structure for BA program in JBAS?

Students must apply through online mode for admissions in JABS. Students must have 10+2 scores for the BA course, and the fees structure per annum is 17 K per annum.

Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for women fees structure for B.Sc. in Chemistry costs approximate INR 37,000 per annum hence for the complete course duration total fee costs approximate INR 1.1 Lakhs.
