Fee structure for M. Tech course at International Institute of Information Technology, is approximately INR 5.36 Lakhs. You can pay the fees in instalments of INR 2.68 Lakhs per annum. In addition to M. Tech, the institution also offers B. Tech, Ph.D., M.SC and research programs with affordable fee structure. Institution also offers scholarship to the students on the basis of merit in 10+2 and on the basis of student’s performance at various competitive levels. Total hostel fee of IIIT Bangalore is approximately INR 58,800; out of which INR 33K is the hostel fee that need to be paid per semester and INR 25,800 is the mess fee, which is also paid per semester.
