Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University has two women hostels- Krishna hostel and Kaveri hostel. The hostels can accommodate more than 340 students. A TRF is the University teaching cum Research Fellowship instituted by IGDTUW. A TRF shall be awarded a fellowship grant of Rs. 20,000/- per month for the first two years and a contingency grant of Rs. 20,000/- per annum.

The remuneration will be enhanced to Rs. 25,000/- per month during the third year with an Rs contingency grant. 25,000/- per annum.
