The university offers various courses at the UG and PG levels. These programs are recognized by UGC and AICTE. Furthermore, engineering courses are accredited by the NBA. Graphic Era University's fee structure for B Tech CSE is INR 3.1 Lakhs per year. Graphic Era University MBA fees are 2.52 Lakhs per annum. In addition, GEU offers scholarship facilities to deserving students based on their academic performance. Graphic Era University M.B.A. fees are INR 6.69 lakhs for the entire program. Per annum, it will cost INR 3.34 lakhs approx.

The per annum fees structure for GEU is offered at 3.23 L, and the B-Tech course is for four whole years where the eligible candidates must have cleared 10th and 12th board exams with at least 75% in addition to JEE Main scores.
