This is fully government funded college whereas even operated by the government so the fee structure is very less and we got to pay like less than 20K per annum for the BE course. In 1st year Government Engineering College Hassan fee structure, I just paid INR 18090 because this included the refundable fees and all which got refunded by the college. From 2nd year the fee was just INR 2500 per annum.
