GJIMT in Patiala Punjab started this institute in order to provide skillful knowledge about Management Studies and was established in the year 1998. It is a Private institute which has been approved by AICTE and affiliated to IKG-PTU Jalandhar. This imparts all the necessary managing information in the areas that one must know in the management industry. GJIMT has been ranked as 38th among the top 50 MBA Institutes in India by Business World in 2019. It has a wide campus area with basic facilities such as Computer Centre, Hostel, Library, Transportation etc. GJIMT offers UG courses like BBA, B.Com, BCA and PG courses like MBA, MCA. But the famous course of the institute is MBA (2 years) on-campus and full-time program.

GJIMT offers PG course like MBA (2 years) which the flagship course of the institute with 4 basic specializations like Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resource. The interested student must have completed their Under Graduation in a recognized University with 50% aggregate and should be eligible enough to appear for competitive exam like CMAT. GJIMT offers admissions to candidates only depending upon the merit list and the rank secured in entrance exam. GJIMT fee structure for MBA is INR 99,100 per annum.
