Erode Sengunthar Engineering College is enfranchised to be one of the private institutions for Erode engineering. In 1996 ESEC educational institution was established with the permission of authorities like NBA, AICTE, and certification from NAAC. Erode Engineering College has been affiliated with Anna University that offers courses till the Ph.D. level of engineering courses. Still, the most common and frequent practice is their B-Tech and MBA programs and can improve the educational and technical skills of both Urban and Rural candidates.

The college campus area was built within 55.54 acres of land by including all technically possible facilities such as technically advanced classrooms, transport facilities, cafeterias, accommodation for students from other states, clubs for education and interactive purposes, etc.

• B-Tech course of ESEC, Erode offers seven core subjects for doing majors like Biomedical, Civil, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunication, and Electrical engineering. 
• The possible qualifications for admissions in this college are that the students must have scored minimum marks in their board exams and be qualified to take up the TNEA exam accepted by the college. 
• The fees amount for a B-Tech course in ESCE costs 60 K per year, and for all four years, it was mentioned to be INR 2.4 Lakhs. 
• The management subjects offered in ESEC are some of the topics like Management of Human Resource, Marketing and Finance Management. 
• The accepted exams for admissions in ESEC are TANCET, CAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAT, etc., along with the completion of a degree with minimum aggregate marks.
