COER offers B.Tech in UG level, and various specializations and M.Tech as PG course offered in several fields. COER-SM also offers BBA, BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, and MBA courses under the same umbrella.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for B.Tech

The B.Tech course in COER will have an intake of 120 seats and is offered in seven specializations. B.Tech fee in COER will be according to the norms of the Uttarakhand Technical University. The annual fee of the B.Tech course will be Rs. 1.26 Lac, whereas the fee for the 1st year will be around Rs. 1.42 Lac. The B.Tech course will have Rs. 105,000 as a tuition fee, which Students must pay yearly.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for BCA

The tuition fee of the BCA course will be around Rs. 50,000 annually, which is included in the annual course fee of the course. The total cost in COER, which must be paid by students taking admission to the BTech course, will be Rs. 60,250, and during admission, one must pay Rs—70,250 as it includes the admission fee. The course fee for four years will be approximately Rs. 2.01 Lac.

The total number of seats accepted for the BBA course is 120 seats. The College of Engineering- Roorkee will have an annual fee of Rs. 65,250, which consists of tuition fees and other extra fees to be paid per the norms. The cost to be paid for joining the 1st year will be Rs. 70,250, which is paid after confirming the admission to the BBA course. The course being pursued for three years, the complete fee will be Rs. 2.01 Lac.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for B.Sc (Agriculture)

B.Sc. course is offered in the Agriculture specialization, and the yearly intake of the system will be 120 seats. The 1st year course fee at COER will be Rs. 67,850. The B.Sc. in Agriculture is a four years course, so the annual fee will be around Rs. 59,850 p.a. This annual fee consists of a tuition fee of Rs. 40,000 and other costs of Rs. 19,850. While taking admission, students will have to pay around Rs. 8000 extra as admission fee and will be excluded from 2nd year onwards.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for B.Com

As per the norms, the yearly intake of the B.Com course will be 60 seats. Each student will have to pay Rs—65,250 annually as the College of Engineering- Roorkee fee structure for the B.Com course. At admission, one will have to pay a slightly higher fee of around Rs. 70,250 in 1st year. Rs. 50,000 will be the tuition fee and other charges of Rs. 15,250. One will have to pay Rs. 2.01 Lac as a complete fee for three years B.Com course.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for MCA

Master of Computer Application (MCA) is three years post-graduation program with an intake of 60 seats. The COER fee structure for MCA to be paid in 1st year will be 1.24 Lac, and the fee from the following year onwards will be 1.16 Lac. Altogether, considering the three years fee, it would be around Rs. 3.56 Lac.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for M.Tech

The M.Tech course has a total intake of 120 seats, and the full fee would cost Rs. 3.56 Lac. COER fee structure of the M.Tech course will be 1.24 Lac, according to the norms of the Uttarakhand Technical University. The annual fee of the M.Tech course will be Rs. 1.16 Lac. The M.Tech course will have Rs. 97,000 as a tuition fee, which must be paid every year, included in the course fee.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be a two-year program with an annual intake of 120 seats. College of Engineering- Roorkee fee for the MBA course will be close to Rs. 1.27 lac in the 1st including the admission fee, whereas the 2nd year fee would be Rs 1.22 Lac. The 1st and 2nd-year fees will be close to Rs. 2.49 Lac, and the tuition fee included in the annual fee will be Rs. 99,800.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Fees Structure for Diploma in Engineering

A diploma in Engineering is offered in many specializations. The Diploma in engineering course will take 60 seats in each field. The COER fee structure for the Diploma in Engineering will be Rs. 58,500 paid in the first year and Rs—53,500 as the annual fee paid from the 2nd year onwards. In the three years, the total cost would ultimately be up to Rs. 1.66 Lac to pursue this course.

College of Engineering - Roorkee Hostel Fees Structure

There is an on-campus hostel facility available for both girls and boys. In total, there are three hostels for girls and six hostels for boys.  The accommodation capacity of the girls’ and boys’ hostel is 612 and 1620respectively. There are rooms available in single and double seater with AC or NON-AC. The COER hostel fee will be as per the type of room chosen by the students.
