Various scholarship facilities are provided by the institute based on merit, category. For SC Caste, institute provides full fee concession only when the candidate is a Punjab citizen. UID is mandatory and annual income of the family should not exceed INR 2.50L. For BC Candidates, a criterion for scholarship is student must be citizen of Punjab, UID and Caste certificate is mandatory. Annual income of the family should not exceed INR 1.0L. For minority students, scholarship is issued when the student is Punjab citizen and has UID. Minority caste includes Muslim, Christians, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists and Parsis
