City Group of Colleges has a constituent college called as school of Law or City Academy of Law and was brought to existence in the year 2005. Since inception, this has seen consistent growth in the educational field and as well contributed to the Indian economy. This college has been providing excellent education in the field of Law by offering wide range of courses of legal studies. City College has been approved by the Bar Council of India and affiliated to the Lucknow University.
- City Group of Colleges, School of Law offers two courses which are LLB of 3 years duration and LLB of 5 years duration offered in Honours. These two courses have been affiliated by the Lucknow University where the curriculum and other things are decided as per the norms mentioned by the same.
- For joining LLB (Hons) course of five years duration the minimum qualification required will be 10+2 in any of the discipline from a recognized board. The admission in City Academy of Law will be considered as per the norms of the Lucknow University.
- The intake capacity of the LLB (3 years) program will be 420 seats and LLB (5 years) program will be 360 seats as per the norms of Lucknow University.
- In order to take admission for LLB regular three years duration program candidates must be a graduation degree holder in any discipline securing with minimum marks. City group of Colleges, School of Law admissions are done purely based on the merit in qualifying examination.
- The LLB (3 years duration) course fee in City Group of Colleges will be close to INR 26,000 per annum which can also be paid semester wise of INR 13000 each semester. The total fee for the LLB regular course would be approximately INR 78,000 for 3 years duration completely.
- For applying to the LLB course, applicants must visit the official website and find the online registration key in the application process section. One can register themselves by filling the registration form online.
Placement-
- The students are provided training on how to face the interview from initial stage itself in order to help them get placed.
- Many companies visit the college every year for hiring students with good percentage criteria and offer good salary package.
- Job fairs are also conducted in the college campus which helps the students at present and past to obtain job opportunities.
- Internship opportunities are also offered to the students in reputed companies with good stipend.
Infrastructure-
- The college provides good infrastructure and has all the basic required amenities for the students.
- Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls which is well maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Classrooms are equipped with projectors and provide audio and visual representation in order to help the students understand the concepts in a better way.
