Christian College of Engineering and Technology was founded in the 2001,located in Oddanchatram, near the beautiful hills of Kodai. The institution provides good academic curriculum and extracurricular facilities with well-trained faculties and staff members. The university has a well-stocked library, sophisticated laboratories and good computer facilities. The engineering school was founded in rural area due to the strong dream of the founder that is to promote technical education for the needy and poor backward rural class and to strengthen rural youth. Institute is the epitome of quality service and education.
- Christian College of Engineering and Technology offers six undergraduate programmes such as Bachelor of Engineering Civil, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication and Bachelor of Technology in civil Engineering stream.
- Christian College of Engineering and Technology offers five postgraduate programmes such as Master of engineering in applied electronics, construction engineering and management, computer science, manufacturing engineering and power electronics and drives.

The Placement and Training Cell organizes the selection of students on campus and also provides personal development programs, interview training and professional selection tests. Placement coordinator provides training for the students for almost 100 hours per semester. Placement cell covers training sessions for personality development, Aptitude tests, Communication skills, GD, Mock interview, English language etc. The CCET library, founded in 2001, initially had more than 1000 books. Now the institute library contains 21,000 plus volumes. The university has separate facilities for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are good Furnished and equipped with all the comforts to make students feel at home. Each shelter is attended by a guard. The campus has connected the data center to the number of computers through a leased line from the 4MBPS internet installation.
