Opportunities for placement cell ranges from national, local and international companies that visit the CIT campus to the recruitment of young energetic engineers from all disciplines each year. Our internship service is composed of qualified professionals who can help you make the right decisions for your professional development. The institute offers various training programs, for example, the online aptitude test to prepare for an on-campus interview with Monster, the online technique test to prepare Aspiring Minds, training in Soft skill by the Infosys team, 2 days of update before the interview on campus, etc. The internships/placements that are offered by the Chennai Institute of Technology are candidates through their dedicated placement cell. The candidates are well trained to prepare them for mediation. More than 80 recruiters visit the campus. 23 Lakhs was the highest package and 4.2 Lakhs is the average salary.
Chennai Institute of Technology Hostel details:
Institute campus has a separate hostel with driving room facilities. Balanced and nutritious meals are offered to students throughout the day. At the Girls Hostel Eco Park, 24-hour ambulance, power supply, solar water heater, purified drinking water, recreation room and WI-FI facilities are provided. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. We can currently accommodate 500 aspirants. The goal of CIT is to provide all aspirants with excellent quality, hygienic facility and safe accommodation that meet their individual needs. Separate dining rooms for ladies and gents. CIT men have the opportunity to body build, all the equipment is provided by the institute. To keep students fit, active and healthy, the gym is equipped with a treadmill, cycles, exercise bike and other modern exercise equipment
