The Institute is a Congregation dedicated to providing education to Women in 1953, located in Andhra Pradesh. The College was affiliated with Andhra University, but it is affiliated with Adikavi Nannaya University. The College received autonomy for the degree section in the year 1987-88. It was also assessed by the NAAC in 1998, 2005 and 2012 and awarded an A grade. The UGC awarded the College to be potential for excellence in the year 2005. It is a Catholic Minority Institution which accepts students of all the religion. The College aims at becoming the minority Institution that sustains and gets recognized for its Management and Administration. The Institute will respect the freedom to express and faith in other religions in the Institute. Ch. S. D. St. Theresa's College for Women Admission
The Institute provides higher education to young women in various courses like UG and PG with multiple specializations. Admission for programs offered will be through marks scored in the previous examination. Students are provided with a choice-based credit system to choose their subject to study. The Admission for the UG program will be based on marks scored in intermediate, and PG admission will be through marks scored in a degree program. The application form for the courses offered will be available online on the official website.
- The Institute provides BA, B. Com, B. Sc, under UG program and MA, M. Sc, MBA and MCA under PG program.
- The Institute will provide Admission for UG courses at TCW through marks scored in the 10+2 examination. Students must have 50% marks to apply.
- PG admission at TCW will be providing through marks scored in UG degree. Students must have 50% marks to apply for PG courses.
