Central University of Karnataka Course Admissions
Admission to the Central University of Karnataka UG Courses and PG will be offered based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), annually held by NTA. Thus, applicants must register for CUET via the official website. In addition, students are required to satisfy the Central University of Karnataka CUET Cut off. Candidates can apply online for admission by submitting the CUET scorecards.
Central University of Karnataka BTech Admission
- CUK provides a four-year full-time professional Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme on campus.
- A candidate must have completed the 10+2 programme with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required subjects and at least 50% overall (45% for candidates from the reserved category) to be considered for B.Tech admissions.
- Admissions are based on performance in qualifying admission exams, such as the JEE Mains and the CUET for the specific year.
- CUET scores will be accepted for 50% of seats, while the remaining 50% are chosen through national-level entrance exams like JEE.
Central University of Karnataka MBA Admission
- On campus, the University provides a two-year full-time MBA programme.
- Candidates must have graduated or have earned an equivalent degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% (45% for members of the reserved category).
- The candidate's qualifying entrance exam grade must have been at least 40% (or 35% for candidates from the reserved category).
- The CUET PG 2023 qualifying entrance exam is used to determine admissions.
- Selected candidates must advance through rounds of personal interviews and group discussions.
- In a ratio of 1:15 or more, candidates will be contacted for the PI and GD rounds.

- Library - With 41,238 books, 903 e-books, 520 back volumes, 9,281 book banks, 30 theses, 8897 journals (e-shod Sidhu), 73 journals (print), etc. CUK's central library is well-equipped. In addition, the University offers e-resources, including e-shod Sindhu and Web-OPAC.
- Computer centre - The Computer Centre serves the requirements of many University divisions and academic departments. The goal of CUK's Computer Centre is to establish and maintain an IT environment that supports the pursuit of academic achievement. The centre's main goal is to offer services that encourage and help students, faculty, and administrators adopt modern computing technology. The campus's Computer Centre oversees various computing and IT-based communication facilities.
- Hostel - The University's on-campus housing options for both boys and girls include two roomy, luxurious hostels. Depending on the number of pupils enrolled in the departments, the hostel will be assigned based on merit and reservation. Regular quality checks will be performed in the cafeteria, bakery, and mess. We will also take care of the cafe, mess, and water infrastructure needs. Central University of Karnataka hostel fees range between INR 555 - 5.11K per year.
- Sports - The University Sports Committee's primary responsibility is to choose the top athletes to make up the University team and to prepare them by holding various sports camps. It will enable them to compete passionately in South Zone Inter University competition and AIU Sports. In addition, the University hosts the annual ANKUR sports festival for students. The University organizes staff sports competitions as part of the festival.
