Central University of Himachal Pradesh Course Admission
The admission process at CUHP varies depending on the course and level of study. The CUHP admission process generally begins in June every year, and attentive candidates can apply online through the university's official website. Being a central University, it accepts the valid scores of CUET-UG/PG for offering admission. Thus, it is a mandatory criterion for the applicants to take up CUET. The CUHP admission criteria for doctoral programs are based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test and the interview conducted by the university.
- Candidates seeking admission to the UG Courses must have passed 10+2 with no less than 45% marks. The selection of the applicants depends on CUET.
- The Central University of Himachal Pradesh CUET Cut off for BSc is 359.
- There are 90 students accepted each year into the full-time, interdisciplinary MBA in Central University of Himachal Pradesh.
- Candidates for an MBA should have earned a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or the equivalent. In addition, they needed to have passed the prerequisite exam with a minimum score of 50% or an equivalent grade.

Central University of Himachal Pradesh Scholarship
Scholarships are available from the university to applicants who meet the qualifications based on merit or whose families' annual income is less than INR 2 LPA. Students who perform well on their exams will be given a complete tuition refund. In addition, the university offers the Freeship/Fee concession scholarship and the Jyoti Prakash Support Award.
Students must be enrolled in their first year of MA History, have at least a 50% score on their qualifying exams, and have an annual family income of up to INR 5 Lakhs to qualify for the Freeship/Fee Concession Scholarship.

- Library - The Central University of Himachal Pradesh library houses over 25,000 volumes, 150+ print journals, 100+ e-journals, three theses, and seven newspapers. Books and CDs for magazines are included in the non-print collections. The CUHP Library is a participant in INFLIBNET. It has been subscribing to several digital libraries' e-journals. The library is a part of the developing library network (DELNET), which allows its members to share resources.
- Hostel - Boys and girls who arrive from other states can stay in a hostel. The university in Dharamshala rents the hostel's building. The rooms, however, are excellent. Some rooms available can accommodate 2, 3, and 4 students. Central University of Himachal Pradesh hostel fees for both boys and girls are INR 11,000 annually.
