The Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering &Technology Jhansi was established in 1986. It is the most preferred destination for aspiring technocrats across India. The BIET Jhansi attracts eminent faculties and the best of students. It has a rich custom of pursuing academic excellence and has constantly reinvented itself in infrastructure, research, and academic programs. On its vibrant campus, students are exposed to a challenging research-based academic curriculum and a host of sports activities/extracurricular activities. BIET's world-class facilities, collaborations, interdisciplinary research, and industrial training helps candidates to excel and be ahead in a competent professional ambiance.
BIET Jhansi Courses include B Tech, MBA, and M Tech. In addition, Ph.D. is available in engineering disciplines. UGC recognized all the courses and has approval from AICTE. There are 40 total faculty members and more than 1,500 students enrolled in the program. The institute aims to develop into a top institution that offers technical education and creates skilled individuals who can respond to social demands and global concerns. BIET Jhansi's fee structure for B Tech is nearly INR 61k per annum. It is available in six different disciplines. The tuition fees for MBA are 70k per academic year. In contrast, the fee for M Tech is INR 59k. There is no provision for BIET Jhansi Direct admission since it is a public institution, where admissions are strictly based on cutoff criteria.
Students interested in applying for BIET Jhansi admission must ensure all eligibility conditions. The students applying for B. Tech admissions must have received a passing JEE Main score. For admission to the BIET Jhansi MBA, one must qualify in the UPCET MBA examination. Students with valid GATE scores are eligible to apply for BIET Jhansi M Tech admission. All qualified students must undergo centralized counseling. Under the counseling phases, the seat allotment process will take place. The students must not only pass the entrance test but are required to score equal to the BIET Jhansi Cut off.

The BIET Jhansi placement cell is in charge of managing all aspects relating to placements. It arranges lectures, group discussions, and mock interviews to enhance knowledge and employability skills among students. Both engineering and management aspirants are trained through various activities at par with industry standards.
Placement Process
- The companies receive invitations from BIET Jhansi.
- The companies exchange job descriptions.
- Students must register with the institute's placement office.
- Students that have registered upload their resumes.
- The students are narrowed down.
- The hiring procedure starts with written exams, panel discussions, interviews, etc.
- Companies hire students when they complete the BIET Jhansi placement process.
In the BIET Jhansi placements 2022, the CSE department received the most offers, followed by the IT branch. Students studying CSE and IT received the highest pay package. Thus, BIET Jhansi CSE Placement rate is high enough among all the other departments. In the 2020 Placement Campaign, more than 224 students successfully got placed. To date, BIET Jhansi Highest Package stood at INR 23 LPA.
