Admission Criteria for MBA
- Graduation in any discipline.
- A valid score in the Entrance exam (MAT/CMAT/JEMAT).

Admission Criteria for B.Tech/M Tech
- A minimum of 45% overall and 45% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) must be earned in the higher secondary or equivalent test.
- Candidates for admission must have completed their 10+2 education, have qualified in the JEE (MAIN) or West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for the current academic year, and have received a recommendation from the Central Selection Committee.
- Admissions into the M.Tech. Programmes are based on the GATE or the PGET, a state-level entrance exam.
Admission Criteria for Polytechnic
- Passed or "appeared"* in the 10th grade from any reputable Board, Council, or Institute with a minimum aggregate score of 35% (without additional or optional subjects).
- After passing the Madhyamik or equivalent test, ITI for 2 years.
- Admission will be granted based on the candidate's performance in the JEXPO held under the WBSCTVESD or marks received on the qualifying exam.
