Bharathiar School of Management & Entrepreneur Development (BSMED) was founded in 1984 and recognized by the UGC, New Delhi, as a "Center for Excellence" for teaching and research in management. The campus is located in Coimbatore. It is part of Bharathiar University, boasting a lush campus ideal for learning.
BSMED offers a two-year full-time MBA program with specializations in general management, human resources, marketing, finance, and systems. It was acknowledged as a "Center for Excellence" by the UGC. In addition, it offers Ph.D. and M.Phil. research programs. To be noted, BSMED is the sole Indian B-School that will participate in the "Global Start-Up" event in Singapore alongside prestigious global B-Schools.
