BITSW College Hyderabad courses are offered in the Engineering and management stream at UG and PG levels. AICTE and NBA approve the entire curriculum of BITSW courses.
Students with specified eligibility criteria such as:
- For the B-Tech program, applicants must have passed 10+2 board exams in the science stream with a min of 65%.

Bharat Institute of Technology of Sciences for Women Admission process
BITSW course admissions are given based on their merit. Candidates with a higher score in their 10+2 exams will have a better chance of getting admission. Applicants for UG courses must have qualified 10+2 with at least 50% marks in each subject. They must also have a minimum GPA of 2. For PG courses, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant stream with a minimum GPA of 60%.
The selection process for UG programs is merit-based. Those who want to study in the Engineering stream must appear for the TS EAMCET exam with a good cutoff.
Admissions to the M-Tech program are based on GATE, a national-level entrance test. Similarly, those who wish to study in the MBA program should also score well in the TS ICET exam. Bharat Institute of Technology and Science Cutoff is available on the college website. The TS ICET cutoff is 55572 for the MBA program.
