Bharat Institute of Technology Meerut Courses offered
There are many UG and PG courses offered at BIT Meerut. At the UG level, they offer BBA, BCA, B.Pharm, B.Pharm lateral, B-Tech, B-Tech lateral, Polytechnic and D.Pharm. The UG admissions are based on minimum eligibility criteria, i.e. to have passed 10+2 board exams in the relevant stream with a minimum of 50% marks. In the case of B-Tech admissions, the selections are based on JEE Main or UPCET cut-off scores.
MBA, MCA, M-Tech, and M.Pharm are offered at the PG level. The admissions are based on academic qualification, i.e., having completed a UG degree in a pertinent stream with at least 55% marks from a certified university and no backlogs. The selection criteria are based on entrance tests, academic merit and interview rounds. The accepted entrance exams are GATE (M-Tech)/ CAT/MAT/ XAT (MBA) for specified programs. Bharat Institute of Technology Meerut Scholarships
BIT Meerut offers various scholarship programs for students pursuing their UG and PG programs. These scholarships are open to students from all backgrounds and with varying financial situations. Some of these scholarships are designed to cover academic and other outstanding balances. There is a special concession for reserved category students as well.
Some of the types are:
- If students have secured 90% and above in 12th board exams (PCM), they will receive INR 20000 per year.
- If the percentage is between 80 and 89% in the 12th class (PCM), they will get INR 15000 per year.
- In addition, a cash prize of INR 10000, 5000, and 2100 is given to the first three position holders under each branch per year.
Bharat Institute of Technology Meerut Infrastructure Facilities
The BIT campus is built on 18 acres of land. Some of the common facilities are Library, Cafeteria, Sports Complex, Gym, Medical facilities, Labs, Transport services, and Accommodations.
