Basaveshwara Medical College & Hospital was founded in the year 2000 and the college is approved under MCI and it is affiliated to RGUHS and the college is managed under trust called Sri Jagadguru Murugharajendra Vidyapeetha Trust. College has rich infrastructure and the college campus is spread across 125 Acres of land and even the facilities are exceptional and there is a central library with latest collection of books. Admissions for MBBS at Basaveshwara Medical College will be proved based on the NEET UG Score. BMCH chitradurga fees for MBBS course costs approximate 7 Lakhs per annum hence for the complete four years of duration fee costs around 29 Lakhs. College offers good hostel accommodation with required amenities and the BMCH hostel fee charges around 1 Lakh.
I was so interested in joining Basaveshwara Medical College & Hospital since the college had great campus with 125 acres and structured infrastructure with many bedded hospital and advanced laboratories with best practice. Nearly 100 plus faculties are available in the medical college where all faculties recruited are well experienced and educated from top Universities. And the ratio of student and faculty goes like 1 faculty under four students. Through NEET score I was allotted for this institute for MBBA programme. Facilities such as Gym, Medical, Auditorium, Sports, and library are available to us during college hours. Hostel is given within the campus with reasonable hostel fee structure.
Basaveshwara Medical College is not Govt but a private college which is having very good prestige since establishment. It was started by the year 2001-2002 I guess and everyone calls that as BMCH. It has been placed in the Chitradurga. This is offering the medical education having courses like MBBS in UG and MD & MS as PG programs. I have completed my MBBS course which was for the 5 and half years in which I had internship in last year. They have well qualified and highly trained faculty and never the less all the modern technology is been equipped. They have enough number of non-technical staff to support the students.
