Armed Forces Medical College, commonly known as AFMC, Pune. It is one of the premier medical institutes of India. It is a government medical institution located in Pune, Maharashtra. AFMC is the first medical institution set up by the Armed Forces of Asia. The institution was established in May 1984 by the BC Roy Committee by combining various defense medical organizations. AFMC, Pune was established to make it a centre of excellence in providing education in Medical Science and preparing them to become qualified professionals to serve society. The institution is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) to provide multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the stream of medical science and allied subjects.

Consistently the college is been ranked the 2nd best medical college in the country, also has been approved from MCI. AFMC is a govt. college candidates with eligibility like 12th cleared from a reputed board from science stream with minimum aggregate will be able to apply for the course and then NEET score is mandatory followed by counselling process Armed Forces Medical College Pune admissions to MBBS will be offered. No MBBS direct admissions or management quota reserved for any student. By registering in the official website candidates can fill the MBBS application form and with the MBBS admissions. AFMC fee structure is very less that is affordable to all the students so it is around INR 64.9k as whole fee.
