Admissions to the PGDM program will be made based on the National Level competitive exams like CAT/ ATMA/ GMAT /MAH-CET/ CMAT, followed by group discussion and interviews. Admission to the PGP program is based on the interview conducted by Welingkar Institute. MMS admissions will be based on the MAH-MBA, MMS CET, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, and XAT exams.

Welingkar Institute of Management Mumbai PGDM and PGP Admission Process:

Welingkar Institute of Management offers PGDM programs of 2 years duration and are offered under 11 specializations and Post-Graduation Program in 2 disciplines. The minimum eligibility for PGDM is to have a bachelor's degree and a valid score in CAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ MAH-CET or CMAT score. Candidates who get shortlisted in the initial stages of the admission process will be called for interviews and group discussions. Welingkar Institute of Management Studies MMS Admission Process:

Welingkar Institute offers full-time MMS (Master of Management Studies) in four specializations. MMS course has been affiliated with the University of Mumbai courses. The basic eligibility is to have a Bachelor's Degree passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate. For admissions into MMS, candidates must qualify either of these exams like MAH-MBA or MMS-CET, or candidates with good marks in CMAT/ ATMA/ XAT/ CAT/ GMAT can also apply for MMS admissions.

Welingkar Institute PG Diploma, Part-time MBA, Diploma and Certification Course Admission Process:

Welingkar Institute offers PGD, MBA Part-time, diploma, and Certification courses apart from regular management courses. Admissions to these courses will be based on group discussions, written tests, and personal interviews. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience for the master of Management of 3 years. Admission diploma, PG diploma, and certification courses will need a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate to be eligible. Welingkar Institute of Management Application Process:

The application process for Welingkar Institute will be online, and applicants need to follow the below-given steps:

For the PGDM application process:

  1. Visit the official website of the college.
  2. Click on "online application" for PGDM in the admission section.
  3. Provide the number and passcode given in the application email.
  4. Fill out the application form correctly and proceed with further admissions steps.
  5. After filling out the application form, submit it and download the Essay form.
  6. The essay form should be filled in handwriting.
  7. Passport-size photographs should be affixed and signed in the box.
  8. The filled form and documents should be sent to the college address.

There are nearly 8 specialisations offered under PGDM program for which the course curriculum is designed very well also the faculties are kind and active enough to teach us in every field. Welingkar Institute of Management Studies PGDM admissions have started and by 1st week of Feb the admissions to the college will end. Major and top specialisations are offered where all most all PGDM related entrance exams are offered, provided all this the fee will be quite high also it can be cleared in instalment. Intake of students might differ based on the specialisations and the selection process goes as academics performance, entrance test score further group activity and PI performance.

For securing PGDM admission in Welingkar, candidates must have cleared any of the national level entrance tests according to the Welingkar Mumbai Cut off norms. It accepts the valid scores of CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT or GMAT.

For admissions in the PGDM program, candidates must have a graduation degree with 50% in their relevant subject with a similar issue; in addition, they must have attempted and passed in any of the competitive management entrance exams like CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA etc. at the national level. The structure for the PGDM program in WIMS is 5.5 L per annum. The total fees amount for PGDM 11 lakhs.

Admission in Welingkar Institute of Management Studies:

  • Required entrance examinations are CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA/MAH-CET entrance examination.
  • Candidate should have a minimum 50% aggregate in graduation from a recognized university. 
  • CAT entrance exam nation will be held approximately in the month of December. 
  • XAT examination will be mostly held during the 1st week of January every year.
