VITS Engineering College was established in 2009. AICTE approves the courses offered by VITS. The college is allied with the Biju Pattnaik University of Technology in Rourkela. The campus is surrounded by greenery and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Institute's core focal areas are educational opportunities, technological advances for human health, research for development, and higher education institutions. In addition, several engineering streams are available as part of the Institute's bachelor's degree (BE/B Tech) program.

VITS Engineering College B.Tech Admission

Candidates who are willing to apply for B Tech admission at VITS College must ensure the eligibility norms set by the college.

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 75% marks in the science stream. In addition, candidates must have studied PCM as major subjects at 10+2 level.
  • The selection of the candidates for B Tech admission depends on their rank obtained in OJEE Entrance Exam. Candidates who have scored valid rank JEE Main are also eligible to apply for B Tech admission.

Candidates appeared for OJEE the cut-off for BE Mechanical Engineering is 1104015 - 1104015. Through a cut-off score followed by counselling, admission to VEC can be provided.
