- Candidates from the reserved category, such as SC/ST/OBC, can secure a minimum score of 40%. The relaxation is applicable for Karnataka Domicile Students.
- Students who have completed a Diploma with 40% marks in the concerned stream can apply for B Tech Lateral Entry at VVIT.
Selection Criteria
- For B Tech admission in VVIT Bangalore, students will be selected based on their KCET Rank, followed by counseling.
- Students have to perform well in KCET as per the cut-off norms set by the college authority. Therefore, it will be helpful for the students to secure B Tech government seats at VVIT, where the tuition fee structure will be feasible.
- Students who wish to secure B Tech admission under Management Quota at VVIT can apply directly by visiting the college's website or contacting the college authority.

Eligibility Criteria
- Admission to the M.Tech Course at VVIT shall be open to all the candidates who have qualified BE / B.Tech. Examinations or any other examinations recognized as equivalent.
- AMIE qualification in respective branches shall be considered to be equivalent to B.E./B.Tech for admission at VVIT M.Tech program.
- The candidate who is seeking admission based on AMIE will also have to take the Common Entrance Test.
- Additionally, candidates are required to score a minimum of 50% marks at the UG level. In the case of the SC/ST Category, 45% is the minimum mark to be eligible.

I came to this college studying BE by management quota so I actually didn’t have to write any entrance exam and moreover I just have directly visit the admission cell and they all explained me the Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology admission process, so I fulfilled all that and paid the fees to get seat.
