10+2 or similar examination or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and any one of the other elective subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks in case of SC/ST) Candidate should not be more than twenty-two years (22) in age as on 1st July of the year of admission must have qualified HPCET

UIET, Shimla admission to the B.tech is simple process where we will have to initially pass the HPCET of the Himachal Pradesh. Fill the form and according to the merit list that they release we actually get seat to the B.Tech in which ever stream we need. I was able to get the marks that would give me admission in this institute.
