United Group of Institutions is a private technical institute established in 1951 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The institute is quite widespread, with nine campuses across 200 acres in North India. The  United Group of Institutions is affiliated with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and its courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Delhi.

Students applying to PG courses at the United Group of Institutions can choose M Tech course in four streams.  Admission to the M Tech at UGI is offered based on the candidates' marks in their bachelor's degrees. Students must have completed their BTech in the respective stream with a minimum of 50% score. In addition, students must clear the GATE entrance exam.

United Group of Institutions offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business management, namely Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • To get admission into the MBA course, candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

To secure a seat in the B-Tech program at UGI Allahabad, you need to have valid scores in either JEE Main or UPTAC counseling results. This is a crucial requirement, so make sure you're prepared.  

I would like to know the criteria of admission for B.Tech at United Group of Institutions Allahabad.

The UPSEE score can be used to apply for admission to the B.Tech programme at UGI. Candidates who meet the requirements can also take the UPI Group of Institutions' entrance exam. Admission is available to candidates who have a valid JEE Main score.

A two years MBA program is being provided by UGI with various disciplines. Students applying for the MBA course at UGI must have passed graduation with 50% marks. Admission for MBA at UGI is based on CMAT/CAT or MAT followed by GD and PI. Candidates who are waiting for final year results can apply.
