MSU offers BE courses under a wide range of specializations with a total annual intake of 570 seats. Candidates applying for BE course at MSU must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
MSU offers a B. Arch course for five years, while the B.Des program is being provided for four years. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in the science stream with 50% marks. Selection for the B. Arch course is based on the NATA entrance exam score, and B. Des admission is made through an Aptitude test followed by a personal interview round.

The University offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of Pharmaceutical Studies. B. Pharm and M.Pharm programs offer an annual intake of 30 and 42 seats. Maharaja Sayajirao University PG Admission
MSU offers PG courses in MBA, MCA, M.Sc, MA, MLIS, M. Com, MURP, MJMC, MSW, M. Ed, MVA, MRHM, and M. Ed. M, and LLB. MBA and MCA courses are offered at 80 seats and 30 seats, respectively. Admission for MBA and MCA courses at MSU is provided with the CMAT entrance test, and the previous qualifying examination has been taken together.
