The Erode College of Pharmacy & Research is situated in the Erode, Tamil Nadu and was found in the academic year 1992. This has been affiliated by the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai and approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).   • ECP, Erode offers courses such as Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma.D) and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in four specializations. There is also Ph.D course offered as research level program.
  • Application process in The Erode College of Pharmacy & Research Institute will be done through official website and will be online process. The ECP, Erode admission criteria will be usually conducted entrance exam based and counseling will be held at state for seat allotment.
  • ECP, Erode offers B.Pharm and Pharm.D courses as undergraduate degree courses. In order to apply for B.Pharm course one must have cleared class X and XII or equivalent from a recognized Board with minimum of 45% marks in subjects like Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects.
  • In order to get seat for Pharm.D, one must have cleared Pre-university or HSC or 10+2 with Physics as compulsory subject and applicants must have completed minimum age of 17 years.
  • The Erode College of Pharmacy & Research admission to under graduate course will be made based on the entrance exam score conducted by TN Dr MGR Medical University and merit list will be prepared based on the performance in entrance exam.
  • Students who are from SC/ST candidates will get relaxation of 5% as per the state government norms and mainly candidates from the hoe state will be given utmost preference.

Candidates for Pharm D must pass a 10+2 / PDC / PUC / HSC or equivalent Physics exam from a recognized board. The TN Dr MGR Medical University administers the Entrance Test on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State government, and admission to Pharm D at ECP is based on the results. The performance of applicants in the entrance examination is used to create a merit list. Applicants whose names will appear on the merit list will be invited to participate in the admissions process.
