Thangavelu Engineering College (TEC) was started by the TJ Educational Trust and Ponniamman Educational Trust in the year 1995. The objective of the college is to produce Technocrats and Engineers with high quality education as per current industrial needs. The college offers various courses like B.E, B.Tech, M.E, MCA and MBA with various specializations in respective fields. The students are provided with research and corporate based education which improves technical knowledge required which helps in adapting to the changes that occurs regularly. The college is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and is accredited with NBA. The college is located in Karapakkam which is about 1km from Sholinganallur and 10km from Tambaram which makes it easily accessible by the students.

Offline Mode: The prospectus and application brochure is available at the corporate office and admission section of the college. The correctly filled forms with the mandatory documents have to be submitted within the specified duration.
