Symbiosis MBA Banking & Finance Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must have passed the final examination from any of the recognized universities or institutions of national importance, securing a minimum 50% marks or an equivalent grade (45% marks or an equivalent grade for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes category).
  • If a candidate has passed the qualifying degree from any foreign university, then they only need to acquire the equivalence certificate from the "Association of Indian Universities (AIU)".
  • Before applying for any program at SIU, candidates must register all foreign degrees and qualifications through the Academic Evaluation Department of AIU.
  • The Evaluation Division of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) issues equivalency certificates for foreign degrees and qualifications.

 Symbiosis MBA Banking and Finance Selection Criteria

The final selection of students for SSBF Pune MBA Admission (Banking and Finance) will be based on the following criteria:

  • The result of the final selection of candidates would be prepared on the basis of the total additional marks awarded out of 100.
  • The SNAP score will be brought down to 50 marks.
  • In addition, students must meet the SSBF cut-off criteria.
  • Symbiosis School of Banking Management's Cut off is 60.

The remaining 50% weightage will be assigned as follows:

  • Group discussion
  • Personal communication covers education/academic achievement and work experience.

How to get admission to Symbiosis School of Banking Management?

When the admissions procedure is announced, register at the official website to take the SNAP test. Online access is provided for SNAP fee payment and admit card printing. To enroll in the Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance postgraduate program, a student must follow these steps:

  • Step 1: You can register for SNAP online by paying the INR 2250 fee and then sit for the test.
  • Step 2:: At the same time, register for SSBF with the additional charge of INR 1000 online to become a member.
  • Step 3: If you have applied for the SNAP test, then appear on the date and at the time prescribed.

Symbiosis School of Banking Management Scholarships

Symbiosis University provides the following scholarships to deserving students:

 Postgraduate Merit Scholarships: A minimum GPA of 7.50 and academic excellence will determine the scholarship recipient, who will be the semester topper. 50% of the academic fee for the semester in which the student received the top spot was waived.

  • SSBF and CRIF High Mark, a well-known Indian provider of credit reports and scores for both individuals and businesses, have reached an agreement.
  • Based on academic achievement, CRIF will award a scholarship of INR 1 lakh annually to SSBF students from a socioeconomically disadvantaged group in the community.
  • Annually, CRIF will also award a trophy to the "Outstanding Student" who excels in both extracurricular and academic pursuits.

SSBF application fees is 500 and fees is 45000 per year.
