SCET B Tech Admission

There are five B Tech Specialization Programs in SCET, and each specialization course is for four years. The fee structure of each specialization in SCET is stated below-

NOTE- The above fee structure is for students belonging to the general category students. Students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ SBC, A- category, and B- can apply for a concession. In addition, students from the ST/SC/NT/VJ/SBC and OBC categories can apply for government scholarships because they are eligible for them.

SCET B. Tech eligibility

  • The students who want to be a part of the B. Tech program at Suryodaya College shall have passed 10+2 in maths, chemistry, physics, and English with a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent.
  • Students belonging to the reserved category will have 5% relaxation in an aggregate score of 10+2 board exam.

SCET B. Tech selection criteria

  • The students will only be selected if they have done their JEE MAIN / MHT – CET exams.
  • Students who have completed their diploma in any of the above-concerned streams can apply for lateral entry in SCET B.Tech Program.
  • After the declaration of MHTCET or JEE Main Results, candidates must apply for CAP (A centralized admission process) based on their entrance exam ranks.
  • The final seat allotment for eligible students will be done through CAP Counselling, conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.
  • After CAP Rounds, in case of any vacant seats are available at SCET, then students can seek admission under the Institute level quota at Suryodaya College.
  • 85% of seats are reserved for Maharashtra Domicile, and a merit list is prepared based on scores obtained in MHT CET via CAP Counselling. 15%- All India Seats (JEE Main Score)

SCET Diploma Admission

SCET Diploma Program has two specialization courses, both the courses are for three years, and the fee structure of both the streams is stated below-

SCET (Polytechnic) Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates who wish to pursue any of the above-stated diploma programs offered by SCET must qualify in 10 Board examinations with at least 50% aggregate.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST category will get relaxation 5%
  • SCET also offers admission to the Diploma Lateral Program. Candidates who have completed 10+2 or ITI from a recognized board/institute can apply for Diploma lateral program at SCET.
  • The selection criteria for the Diploma program is based on the merit in the qualifying exam.

Suryodaya College of Engineering Application Process

  • Candidates looking for admission at Suryodaya College must register themselves for the MHT CET or JEE Main Entrance Test as a primary step.
  • The registration process is entirely online. After the declaration of results, eligible candidates must undergo counselling ( CAP).
  • CAP registration will be held in online mode. Candidates are required to visit the DTE, Maharashtra official website to apply online.

Suryodaya College of Engineering & Technology admissions are based on academic merit and entrance exam basis. The cut-off rank through JEE Main for the CSE stream is 38583.
