In 1959, Sri Venkateshwara University College of Engineering was established and popularized as SVUCE. It is the constituent part of the prestigious university, Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. The college has been recognized as a premier institution to offer engineering programs at both UG & PG levels such as B Tech & M Tech. The courses have been approved by AICTE as well as UGC.  In addition, SVUCE has also bagged accreditation from NAAC grade A. In 2021 NIRF Rankings, SVUCE ranked 92 for Overall Category and 153 for its B Tech Course.

  • The eligibility criteria for SVUCOE is to have merit performance in their academic results.
  • SVUCE Tirupati B Tech admission is based on AP EAMCET Score, followed by state-level counselling procedure. B Tech is available in four major streams.
  • The shortlisting of students in SVUCE will happen after the counselling rounds for the AP EAMCET entrance exam. 
  • To be eligible, candidates are required to perform & score well identical to the SVUCE B Tech cut off.
  • If candidates' score is equivalent to or greater than the cut-off, they will be eligible to secure admission seats through counselling.
  • The cut-off scores in SVUCOE keep changing every year based on many factors of the accepting entrance exams. 
  • Candidates willing to apply for M Tech admission in SVUCE must have qualified in GATE or AP PGECET Entrance Test.

SVUCOE, Tirupati AP EAMCET Cut-off for B-Tech admissions. 

  • JNTU, Kakinada conduct AP EAMCET, and the exam mode is online, i.e. CBT method. 
  • This is a State-level exam followed by counselling rounds at the state level.
  • The admission criteria for B-Tech admissions in SVUCOE is to have completed their board exams like 10+2 with a minimum of 45% in main subjects like PCM. 
  • For the selection criteria in SVUCOE for B-Tech, the candidates must have taken the AP EAMCET entrance exam with a valid cut-off. 
  • SVUCOE accepts AP EAMCET with valid rankings, and in the below tables are the accepted cut-off from the previous years.

B-Tech admissions are based on KCET or COMED K cut-off scores. SVUCE cut-off through KCET for ECE is 64126.

The candidates applying for B-Tech admissions must have passed 10+2 board exams in the science stream and appeared for an entrance exam like AP EAMCET with the given general cut-off for the chosen stream.
