Admissions to UG courses are made based on marks scored in the NEET UG entrance examination, and to PG courses, entries are made based on marks scored in the NEET PG entrance examination.

Sree Narayana Instt. Of Medical Sciences Admission for MBBA includes the following criteria: The candidate should have passed their higher secondary education or an equivalent in science stream with physics, chemistry and biology as their majors, having secured 50% average marks collectively. Provided, the institute from which the HSE is secured is from a recognized one from the AICTE. The candidate should be of not less than 17 years of age. The candidate should also take the national level entrance test such as the NEET. The score secured in this will aid in the selection. Admissions into SNIMS can be done offline.
