Candidates wishing to join the UG Courses offered by Sha Shib College Bhopal must satisfy the eligibility norms. Admission relies on the entrance exam and merit in the last qualifying exam. The least eligibility prerequisite is passing 10+2 in a relevant subject, especially for BCA.

Thus, students seeking admission to the BCA must have studied Maths as a major subject. If students apply for BSc, they shall have studied science stream in 10+2. A merit list depends on how well you perform in the Sha-Shib College Entrance Exam.

How do you get admission to Sha-Shib College of Science & Management?

  1. Fill out the admission form attached to the prospectus to apply for the course.
  2. Send the completed application form (written in block letters) along with a registration fee of Rs. 500/- to the institute. Include five passport-size photographs.
  3. Attach the following documents with the Sha-Shib College of Science & Management application form:
  • Two attested photocopies of the certificate & mark sheet of the qualifying exam by a Govt. Gazetted officer.
  • Conduct certificate.
  • Admission fee.
  • Registration fee of Rs. 500/-
  • Five passport-size photographs.
  • Four self-addressed envelopes (9"x4") with postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- each.
  1. Selected candidates will receive an admission confirmation notice by post. If admission is not granted, a full fee refund will be made based on the disapproval of the examining body.
  2. Submit a Demand Draft of the prescribed fees at the time of admission, favoring SHA-SHIB COLLEGE OF SCIENCE & MANAGEMENT, payable at BHOPAL.
  3. The institute follows the principle of "Shashib Scholarship and Aptitude Test 2012" for admission to PG & UG courses.
  4. For BEd course admission, follow the strategies laid down by NCTE & Barkatullah University each academic year.
  5. If you don't receive admission information within 20 days after submitting the complete application form, contact the institute personally or through correspondence. Candidates with outstanding qualifications are preferred for admission.
