SGT University came into existence to impart education in various fields like Management, Applied sciences, Medical, Arts, Engineering, Law, Health Sciences, Education, Nursing, Computer Applications, and Commerce. SGT University admissions to all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses are made entrance based and merit-based.

  • XAT/MAT or CAT qualified candidates will be considered for MBA admissions
  • Based on valid score in NEET UG MBBS and BDS admissions will be provided
  • B.Tech admissions will be based on JEE Main score
  • Also, to seek MD/MS and MDS admissions, candidates should be qualified in NEET MDS and NEET PG.
  • Also, there are various scholarships offered for meritorious and category-based students.
  • Candidates applying for undergraduate courses should be passed out in 10+2 in the relevant stream with a minimum aggregate.
  • Students applying for PG courses should have completed under graduation in relevant specialisation with good university marks.
  • For lateral entry students, there are minimum eligibility criteria they must have in previous education to seek admission directly into the second year.

SGT University offers undergraduate programs with various specialisations, and candidates need to have passed intermediate in relevant discipline with minimum marks. JEE Main qualified students will be given first preference for those willing to join B.Tech course. And for other courses, SGT University admissions are based on students’ marks in academics, followed by counselling. Candidates applying for MBBS or BDS need to have scored in NEET based on which entries are provided.

For any of the courses mentioned above, candidates first need to have completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialisation with a minimum aggregate to apply for the required course. GATE would be the qualifying exam for candidates applying for M.Tech. Also, candidates applying for MBA should have scored in MAT/CAT/XAT followed by an interview.

Candidates would be selected and offered admissions based on their scores, academic merit in previous education, and a few courses, followed by group discussion and interview.
