SDMCET, Dharwad B.Tech Admissions:
B.Tech is a four year full time program offered by the college with seven specializations. Students with 10+2 or equivalent in Science stream with English, Mathematics and Physics subjects compulsorily with 45% marks will be treated eligible to apply for B.Tech program.
The selection process for B.Tech program will be based on state level entrance exam KCET or COMEDK score followed by a counseling round. The admission through management quota is also available for the students who satisfy the basic eligibility criteria.
Diploma Engineering or B.Sc. degree holders will also be permitted to apply for lateral entry admission to B.Tech program from 2nd year. The selection for lateral entry will be based on the marks obtained in DCET exam.

The students are required to have basic eligibility of 10+2+3 patter education that is Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 50% marks from well-recognized university.
