Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College (SVPEC), Visakhapatnam, was established in 2003, and it is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. SPEC's main aim is to provide updated high-quality education, implement innovative teaching methods, and develop its students as competitive professional engineers to face the technical challenges of the globalized world.

  1. It is a private engineering college, and it offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses of BE/ B.Tech and ME/ M.Tech with multidisciplinary specializations. SVPEC is approved under the and NAAC, and it is Accredited and affiliated with Andhra University (AU).
  2. Apart from the courses mentioned above, SVPEC also offers MBA and MCA degree programs.

Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College B.E/B.Tech Admission
The SVPEC provides for BE and BE Lateral Entry at the Undergraduate level. The student intake capacity for B.Tech is 120 seats, and there are 24 seats for B.Tech Lateral Entry.

  1.  Candidates who have studied 10+2 level of qualification or any equivalent in relevant discipline are considered to be eligible for admission to these courses. The minimum qualifying score should be above 45%.
  2. Aspirants seeking admission to the BE course will have to appear in the AP EAMCET examination conducted by JNTU, Kakinada.

Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College ME/M.Tech Admission
The SVPEC College offers M.E/M.Tech in 10 specializations at the postgraduate level. The intake capacity of students for each of the specializations is around 18 seats.

  1. The aspirants who have studied and qualified BE/BTech in any relevant discipline can apply for the M TECH Admission at SVPEC. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% score at the UG level.
  2. Admission to the M Tech is done through the AP PGECET, which Andhra University shall conduct. The merit list will be prepared based on the student's score acquired in AP PGCET and academic marks.

SVPEC also offers MBA and MCA programs at the postgraduate level, apart from the ME/M.Tech program.

  1. The intake capacity of the students for both the courses is around 180 seats each.
  2. Admission to the MBA and MCA courses is based on marks obtained by the aspirants in the AP ICET rank.
  3. For admission to the MBA, candidates shall have done a UG degree in any stream. For the MCA course, candidates must hold a relevant UG degree BCA or BSc in Computer Science.

Institution offers UG & PG courses in engineering with numerous specialisations, Candidates must have passed 10+2 with min aggregate of 50% marks with PCM as the compulsory subject from a recognised board to get admission into graduation courses. In addition to this it is mandatory that student must appear for national level entrance exam and must secure valid score as per the cut off marks. For B.Tech students can appear for AP EAMCET and for M.Tech students can appear for GATE entrance exam. Fees structure for courses is feasible and may vary based on the specialisation. For my graduation I paid 42,000 per year.

What will be the MBA cut-off score that is required for SVPEC admissions?

SVPEC will consider graduation degree along with APICET scores to provide MBA admissions. The accepted cut-off is 11604 rank for all the given MBA disciplines.
